Crook and his six bloodthirsty brothers are notorious for their plundering raids where they have no hesitation about killing people over a sack of silver. Having plundered in faraway lands they have now decided to turn their attention to home, more specifically to Östbyn and Västbyn which are the homes of Halvdan and Meia.

The seven brothers want silver in exchange for sparing the lives of the villagers. But there is rivalry amongst the brothers as each tries to get possession of all the silver. This gives Halvdan and Meia an idea. Perhaps they can help the brothers a bit…
