
Jonas Karlsson in ‘The Snowman’ movie
It has just been announced that Jonas Karlsson will play one of the roles in Universal Pictures’ movie The Snowman based on Jo Nesbø's international bestseller, alongside Michael Fassbender (X-Men, Steve Jobs), J.K. Simmons (Whiplash) Charlotte Gainsbourg (Independence Day: Resurgence, Antichrist) and Rebecca Ferguson (Mission Impossible: Rouge Nation, The Girl on the Train).
The film is directed by Tomas Alfredson (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Let the Right One In) and is set to premier on October 13th, 2017.

Second season of ‘30 Degrees in February’ premieres February 1st
The compelling and highly popular ten-episode drama 30 Degrees in February is back with a new season, written by Anders Wiedemann. Set in Sweden and Thailand, the second season continues to follow the well-known characters on their life-changing journey where hopes and fears collide with reality’s mix of brutality and bliss.
The first season, which aired in 2012, had an average of 1,3 million viewers per episode. The series was awarded with a Kristallen in the category “Best TV-drama,” and actress Lotta Tejle was nominated for an international Emmy for her interpretation of one of the main characters, “Maj-Lis.”

The hotly anticipated adaptation of Jo Nesbo’s bestselling novel by the same title, The Snowman started shooting on Jan 18 in Oslo, Norway. In addition to Oslo, the film will also shoot in Bergen and Rjukan.
Directed by Tomas Alfredson and produced by Working Title for Universal, the film is set to be released on October 13, 2017. Playing the role of the protagonist Harry Hole is Michael Fassbender. The cast will also feature Charlotte Gainsbourg and Rebecca Ferguson.

The Danish edition of The Rabbit Who Wants To Fall Asleep became the official best selling book of 2015 in Denmark. Having only been published in October, the children’s book has nonetheless reached 120 000 sold copies.
