Her breakthrough novel A Fist or a Heart earned her the Icelandic Literature Prize and the Women’s Literature Prize, as well as a nomination for the Nordic Council Literature Prize. Her latest novel Tool similarly went on to receive prestigious accolades, including securing her second nomination for the Nordic Council Literature Prize.
